How can we start creating a project?
You can subscribe to our package and starting working with us right away, or you can book a call so we can present with you how we can help you with your project.
Will my website/mobile app be customized according to my needs and wants?
Yes, we only provide custom websites and custom mobile apps for our clients.
You can have a team of experts working on your project which will give you the desired outcome for your business.
I want to create various projects with Rooche, if I subscribe for a year will I get a discount?
How long it takes to finish your project depends on a lot of things, including how detailed your instructions are, how many revisions you request. There are things that affect the length of the project but rest assured that we take every project as a priority and will do our best to meet expectations.
How many hours will you work on my project?
There are three alternatives available to you. You have the option of working 20 hours, 30 hours, or 40 hours per week.
What time is your business hours? What time zone are you in?
Our business time is 9AM – 6PM (GMT+8:00).
Can I request a day and time for our weekly meeting?
Yes, you may schedule a meeting with us. Send us a message and we’ll get back to you with the details. If you’re already a subscriber to one of our packages, we can set up a weekly or bi-weekly meeting plan for you.
I am not happy with my project, can I request a refund?
Refunds are not available because our team works hard on every project we manage. If you are unsatisfied with our work, you can cancel your plan subscription at any moment.
I have an existing website, can you adjust it based on my new branding?
Yes, we certainly can! Simply subscribe to our free subscription package to continue discussing this project. Don’t worry, this service is entirely free!
What platform do you use for the communication process?
You will be given access to Rooche Workspace once you have subscribed to one of our
subscription plans. However, because this tool is currently in beta testing, we’ll have to make do with email or Zoom calls for the time being.
